Subject: - Regarding completion of information of all employees on HRMS portal – Video Conference scheduled to be held at 23.10.2017 from 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM through NIC video conferencing centres. Refer to this office letter No.12/69-2016-Admn.(2) dated 16.10.2017 

on the subject cited above In continuation of letter under reference, it is intimated that the training session scheduled for 23.10.2017 from 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM for School Education Department by NIC will be held through Video Conference available at NICNET Sites in each district. It is requested to ensure your presence in the training programme. This is the last opportunity for DDOs to resolve their queries/problems being faced by them so compile your queries/issues and ask the same in the training programme.

नियुक्ति दिए जाने वाले और होल्ड पर रखे जाने वाले शिक्षकों की सूचि की जाएगी अपलोड।
सूचि के साथ ही आदेशों की कॉपी भी साइट पर होगी अपलोड।

Whereas Rajesh Kumar, JBT, GPS Budeen, Block Mahendergarh, District
Mahendergarh have filed CWP NO.17924 of 2016 titled as Rajesh Kumar & others Vs.
State of Haryana & others in the Hon'ble High Court and the same decided by Hon'ble
Court on 31.08.2016 by passing the following orders inter alia:-
"Mr. Malik, learned arguing senior counsel appearing for the cause of the
petitioners submits that this matter is covered by the decisions of this Court, the text of
which are placed at Annex P-5 to P-7 on the question of stepping up of the petitioners'
pay at par with their juniors, of valuable rights which have been explained in CWP
No.11254 of 2010 (Neelam Rani v. The State of Haryana & ors.) decided on May 15,
2013 (pg. 119 of the paper-book). The petitioners are in service. Mr. Malik submits that the petitioners
